Will it look like my pet?

We make the portrait from the photo you upload and email you a proof before it prints. It is a portrait, not a photograph. If it doesn't look like your pet, we remake it free or refund you.

What photo should I send?

A clear photo of one pet, with the face visible. JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, at least 1000×1000 pixels, up to 20 MB. Phone photos are fine when the face isn't tiny in the frame.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes. We'll email a proof before the canvas prints. Checkout does not wait on that proof. You pay $109, which already includes free US shipping, and we send the proof after payment.

Can I add a style note or a gift note?

Yes. A style note tells us what to keep visible, such as a collar or markings. A gift note stays with the order so we know it's a gift. Neither note is printed on the canvas.

How long does it take?

We email the proof after you pay. Production is typically 2–5 business days after that, then transit. The canvas is printed in the United States. Checkout does not add a shipping charge.

Can I return it?

If it doesn't look like your pet, or we or the printer get the portrait wrong, we remake it free or refund you. Email support@stopfinds.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. Personalized canvases can't be returned for a change of mind or a different photo.
