Will it look like my pet?
A real person checks every portrait before it prints. The portrait is watercolor-style, made from your photo. It is not a photograph, and it is not a hand-painted oil. If it doesn't look like your pet, we remake it free or refund you. We don't show an instant preview of the finished portrait before checkout.
What photo should I send?
A clear, front-facing photo of one pet, with the face visible. JPEG, PNG, or HEIC, at least 1000×1000 pixels, up to 20 MB. Phone photos are fine when the face isn't tiny in the frame.
Will I see a proof?
A real person checks every portrait before it prints. We email you only if we need a clearer photo or can't read a name or a date. If the finished portrait doesn't look like your pet, we remake it free or refund you.
Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, enter their US address and we'll ship it straight to them. You can add a gift note on this page. The note stays with the order so we know it's a gift. It is not printed on the ornament.
How long does it take?
The art check is within 24 hours. Production is typically 2–5 business days after that, then transit. Free US shipping, already included: $29.99 for the round ornament and $34.99 for the heart. Checkout does not add a shipping charge, and there is no separate priority upgrade.
Can I return it?
If it doesn't look like your pet, or we or the printer get the name, dates, or print wrong, we remake it free or refund you. Email support@stopfinds.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what arrived. Personalized ornaments can't be returned for a change of mind, a different photo, or a name you later want to change.
What's the difference between the designs?
A is the round ornament with a watercolor-style portrait, soft wings, and a halo. B is the same round shape without wings. C is a heart, with a small paw next to the name. A and B are $29.99.
