Shipping

Free US shipping is already included in the price on the product page. The round pet memorial ornament (designs A and B) is $29.99. The heart (design C) is $34.99. Checkout does not add a shipping charge. You enter a US street address and a phone number so we can deliver the order to you, or straight to someone else.

There is no separate priority upgrade at checkout. Free US shipping is the only option, so a later "priority" date is not something you can buy.

When a piece is personalized, a real person checks the portrait within 24 hours after you pay. Production is then typically 2–5 business days. Transit time is on top of that and depends on the carrier. We email tracking when the printer provides it.

Christmas delivery

Order by Wednesday, December 9, 2026 for Christmas delivery. That date includes a one-business-day buffer for the art check and follows the printer's USA holiday table. It is the order-by date we publish for Christmas 2026, not a guaranteed delivery date.

After December 9 you can still order. The ornament may arrive after Christmas.

We don't ship outside the US. If a package comes back as undeliverable, write to support@stopfinds.com and we'll sort out a second ship to a US address.
