Remakes, not returns

We will remake the ornament at no charge, or refund the purchase, when the error is ours or the printer's. That includes a portrait that doesn't look like your pet from a clear photo, a misprint, damage in transit, or the wrong name or dates.

Personalized items can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, a different photo, or a name you later want to change. The pet memorial ornament is made from your photo, with the name, dates, design, and quote you chose. The same rule applies to any later gift we personalize.

Email support@stopfinds.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of what arrived. We reply within one business day and either start a remake or refund the payment.

The portrait is watercolor-style. It is not a hand-painted oil, and it will not match a photograph pixel for pixel. If the photo was blurry or the face was hard to see, we'll say so before printing when we can. Once you confirm we should proceed, that likeness is the one we print.
