Privacy

When you order, we collect:

• Your pet's photo, name, optional dates, quote, notes, and an optional gift note
• The design you chose (round with wings, round without wings, or heart)
• Your email, phone, and US shipping address, collected by Stripe at checkout
• Campaign parameters such as utm_source when they are present on the link you followed

We use that information to make the watercolor-style portrait, print it, ship it, and email you about the order. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your pet's photo in ads or as a sample.

Processors:

• Stripe processes the payment, the shipping address, and the phone number.
• The US printer produces the ornament and ships it. Orders are sent to the printer from our queue.
• Cloudflare R2 stores the photo when it is configured. Until then, the site keeps a placeholder instead of the file.
• Resend sends the order email when it is configured.
• Google may receive ad measurement events if you arrive from an ad and a Google tag is configured.

Pet photos are kept for 90 days after we mark the order delivered, or 90 days after purchase if we never get a delivery date, and then deleted. Write to support@stopfinds.com to ask for a copy or for deletion sooner. We may keep the order record (name, dates, address, payment reference) for tax and support records.

The site uses a small amount of browser storage for your cart and for campaign parameters. Checkout itself is hosted by Stripe.
