Terms of sale

These terms cover the gifts sold at this site. Each product page lists its price in US dollars. You pay that price. The round pet memorial ornament (designs A and B) is $29.99. The heart (design C) is $34.99. Free US shipping is already included in those prices.

You confirm that you have the right to send the photo and that we may use it to make this one order. We don't use it for anything else. If we can't make a portrait from the photo, we'll email you. If we still can't proceed, we refund the payment and don't print.

A real person checks every portrait before it prints. We email you if we need a clearer photo or can't read a detail. Production starts after that check. Timing is described on the shipping page.

If it doesn't look like your pet, or we get it wrong, we remake it free or refund you. Personalized items can't be returned for a change of mind. Our responsibility for an order is limited to a remake or a refund of what you paid for that order.

The ornament is a keepsake. It is not a medical product, and nothing on this site is a claim about grief, health, or healing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, where our fulfillment origin is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to support@stopfinds.com.
